Greater Building Society to Deploy Cognition V2.1 for Knowledge Management

The Greater Building Society announced an upgrade of the company’s intranet and knowledge management system to Cognition V2.1.
The system, known internally as IKE is the primary knowledge management system used by the organisation. IKE is currently built on the Cognition V1.1 platform. Cognition allows rigorous management of policies and procedures be conducted via the system and helps ensure compliance with stringent industry regulations. The system provides a conduit for communication of important memos, forms, processes and procedures to the Greater’s branch network.
The key improvements of the upgrade to Cognition V2.1 are the introduction of distributed editing within the organisation, and advanced, customisable workflows.
