Chris Johnson
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer Chris is responsible for the overall management of the business - directing business development, client relations, and team management.
Chris has a proven reputation in implementing and managing large-scale online business solutions. Before Izilla he spent 10 years in high-profile private industry and government roles. Chris was responsible for the development of strategy, and the delivery of projects to exacting customer specifications. Chris knows first hand what it takes to build an online solution that meets an organisation's needs.
When Chris is not thinking of ways to improve the business, and where to go next, he takes an interest in car racing, and spending time with his family.
Chris has held various senior roles, and helped deliver complex technology projects for numerous companies including:
- Mortgage Choice - Director of E-commerce, making the site Australia's No. 1 mortgage broking website
- I.R.L. - Research Manager in online distribution rights (Merger and Acquisitions)
- NSW Health Service - Project Officer responsible for online health services delivery

Ilona Leibbrandt
Sales Director
Some people understand computers; some understand people. Ilona understands both. She knows the nuts and bolts of development, but can still talk to you about your business needs in a language you understand.
Ilona joined Izilla after 13 successful years in technical and non-technical roles in the finance, pharmaceuticals, IT, and telecommunications industries. This experience has given Ilona extensive knowledge of technology - with a very real understanding of doing business with customers from a variety of industries. She has a BSc in Computer Science and Pure Mathematics.

Andrew Wisener
Technical Director
Andrew is Izilla's resident IT guru. He's the man who oversees and directs all Solutions projects.
After more than a decade designing and developing IT systems for big business, Andrew is ideally suited to engineering IT solutions which meet specific business needs. As you'd expect, Andrew possesses in-depth knowledge and hands-on skills with a diverse range of development environments.
When not designing the best possible solution for Izilla clients, Andrew can be found fishing or outdoors.

Mark Davies
Creative Director
Mark is Izilla's 'front-end' specialist. He creates the 'look and feel' of our web projects, and drives interface usability.
With over 15 years experience as a web, multimedia & IT graphic designer, Mark's design solutions are practical, innovative, and creative. He's fully conversant with all the leading development technologies, and has vast development experience in a range of industries including finance, retail, engineering, and travel.
In between moments of creative brilliance, Mark can be found watching music documentaries, recording his own lo-fi compositions or playing tennis.
